Unfortunately, when a similar harassment campaign was attempted in Oregon, the clinic's attempt to obtain stalking protective orders was denied by the Court of Appeals because it thought the campaign was primarily speech and didn't sufficiently call for violence.

The primary local harasser, however, is now deceased.
