Things that make me happy.

My daffodils and hyacinths are blooming.  And I have violets in my yard!  On both sides of my front walk!  They don't smell like violets, but I guess eastern violets don't.  And I have tiny little white flowers that are shaped like violets but one quarter the size that I'm told are "Johnny Jump Ups" all through my lawn.

Wonderful!

Now I'm wondering if there are other delightful surprises sleeping in the earth around my new house.
