Yes, the house doesn't block sound from outside very well, and at 3 am it is much quieter outside. So I record from 3 am to 5 am (or sometimes 5:30 or so) and then go back to bed, or try to.

A different time would be easier, but you work with what you've got. And I don't have the money to rent a studio.
