What it means is that they don't think anyone is a "Real ChristianTM" unless they promote the enslavement of women.
If ordinary Christians don't want these slavers defining what "Christian" means to the rest of the world they need to hustle out into the marketplace of ideas and oppose the enslavement of women, vocally, persistently, and specifically as Christians.
