catsittingstillI promised last week (the person involved caught me just as I was running out the door for GaFilk) to work at the clinic today.
Which turned out to be a good thing for some measures of good, because *I* can walk to the clinics location and am therefore Not Snowed In before some of the other volunteers, and this was that kind of day. Whereas yesterday was an "all iced in in the morning and even I would need a powerful reason to try it" kind of a day, so the volunteer for yesterday got nothing done (I doubt there was even someone there.)
So I had two long lists of people to call to remind about appointments as well as the usual stuff, and didn't get out of there until an hour past the usual time.
Did I mention I am getting a sore throat?
I hope they appreciate me.
Hopefully I did not leave too many of my germs lying around.
Sniffle.
(Kip appreciates me; he got me lemon juice and pudding and is going to make soup for dinner. This is one of many good reasons why I Love Kip.)
