back from ovff
Oct. 29th, 2007 02:03 pmhi everybody we're back from ovff. cat is still sacked out and snoring; humans sure are wimps. sorry about the capital letters; I can't stretch that far.
cat says the whole ovff was my birthday party thrown by all my admirers. thanks so much you guys it was great. i'd put a bang there but i can't reach it, sorry. i'll just type [bang] when there's time. i had a wonderful time[bang]
yoga was fun; everybody stretching themselves into unbelievable shapes. my favorite pose is dying cockroach; i'm really good at it.
the circles were lovely, especially when cat sang about me. people kept saying hi and i had so much fun meeting the other stuffies. hi barfy[bang] hi mousie[bang] hi, sneetch; i'm sorry i don't remember your name[bang] cat was very excited about some old song contest and the songs were really good; my favorite was the fighter pilot one, you know, where he can't reach to pee and his... well never mind. i wouldn't want this journal to be censored but let's just say it was the kind of song that appeals to a mimmoth's sense of humor, except it didn't have any credit card numbers in it. plus i really liked the one where the crane operator ended up being flung into the sewage outflow; that appeals to a mimmoth's sense of humor too.
ramp says she liked the crane operator one the best and when am i going to quit hogging the keyboard. i say it is -my- birthday so i get to write about it. she says it's not my birthday anymore but it's okay; i threw her off the table and i bet i can finish off this post before she climbs back up here.
cat's song was kind of boring, really, except it had the s-word in it a lot. but for some reason my party guests gave her a new bag for it later. oh, i get it--the bag was for me. thanks guys; it's huge; i'll never run out of room for the stuff i 'find' now.
cat really enjoyed all the concerts except she missed one or two because she was so tired on saturday she had to go up to the room and rest. that would have been fine but she took us with her, the silly thing. i'm sure I could have found some sucker--i mean some nice party guest--to carry me around and maybe even give me chocolate.
also we found my mom or anyway the person who found cat for me. her name is elaine richards. thanks mom[bang] i'm doing pretty well here.
best of all, cat's friend donald gave us a new home--with cat's name on it so she'll remember to carry us around, and enough room inside for all the useless junk she likes to haul to circles like a guitar stand and a music stand and a songbook and an mp3 recorder--and also for us, and all -our- importland stuff. thanks donald[bang]
i'm so sad i won't see you all for another year, but that showoff ramp says her birthday is at filkontario so maybe i'll see some of you there. [it isn't really at filkontario but she says if queens and racehorses can have official birthdays that are different from her real birthdays so can she].
gotta run, she's almost up on the arm of the chair and from there she can get to the table pretty easily i bet.
