For myself, I can't really complain.  We had a few downer things happen, like Kip's computer biting the bitter black finger of death, but we had some good things happen too, and the bad things were really not that big a deal in the larger scheme of things.

For all my friends, I wish you all the best in 2009.  Health, wealth enough not to worry, friends, challenge, the occasional modest triumph, happiness and contentment, may they all be yours, resoundingly, in the year to come.
