I got up at 4:30 am
Aug. 7th, 2011 07:52 amTo take my brother to the airport to catch his plane home. I got back home at five minutes to seven. It doesn't seem worth going back to bed yet, though I know I will run out of steam in the afternoon.
In the meantime, I have missed two Alice Days so I need to get on that. Also I need to get back into practicing. Carson Newman's studios will be closed for another week, but it will take me at least that long to get up to speed, so no loss there. I have an idea for a song I want to work on, and several ideas for new projects to start in the workshop (it probably won't be a boatshop, at least for a while.) Plus I'd like to get out on the lake in Moxie a few times.
But boy I had a good time!
