Various things

Worked at the clinic today.  Phone was ringing a lot--sometimes it would ring in my hand before I could set it down, but we had appointments available so I got to make people happy which I always like doing plus we had 2 cancellations for 2 days out so 1) they weren't no-shows because they were early enough so nobody was in trouble yay! and 2) One lady called with sky-high blood sugar and I managed to arrange for her to have an appointment in 2 DAYS double yay!

Thought I would be monitoring the elections today also which would have made for a very full day, but turns out that is tomorrow which is also when the First Book In The Incryptid Series comes out (more yays yet) and now since I'll have the morning free I will actually have time to drive to Knoxville and get my reserved copy on The Very Day.

I'm not usually the first kid on the block to get something, but this is Seanan's book, so it will be good and I have had my copy reserved for about two weeks.

I wouldn't want to get anyone's hopes up but it is possible There Will Be A Song.  Because, you know, songs happen.
