Everything is at Oasis now...
Jun. 27th, 2012 09:17 pmI uploaded the sound files today. It took five hours. Then I had to download everything and listen to it again to make sure nothing had been corrupted in transit. That was another two hours. And marked the fourth time I had listened to those files today alone.
They must be pretty good songs because I don't hate them. But I am ready to stop listening to them for a while.
I would say it's a big relief to have this off my shoulders but I'm not quite sure it *is* off my shoulders yet, I expect I will still have to double check stuff with Oasis. Which is understandable, actually; in their shoes I would want to do this project right the first time instead of having to do it over. But there is the prospect of having it off my shoulders, which is nice.
And in the meantime I expect I won't be working many more ten hour days on this project, but the Candidates' Forum is tomorrow and then I have to clean house because Dad and Jake are coming at the end of next week sometime.
