I am very pleased to announce
Oct. 8th, 2012 09:53 pm That ConCarolinas asked me to be Filk Guest Of Honor at ConCarolinas May 31-June 2 2013 in Charlotte NC!
I am honored. And very much looking forward to the con, which sounds like wonderful fun, with a bunch of great people. I have been smiling about it to myself for days and now that word is out, I can tell everyone. I am kind of hoping that I can bring my next CD out then, but that will depend on so many factors it's impossible to say. But it would be very cool.
And in more mundane news, the editing on the article that I received Friday was about twice as big a job as I expected. Which is okay, but my brain is very tired now. I'm very proud of myself that I managed to get all my practicing in and run my concert set in between working on it. Good night.
