Just Stuff

Things have been warming up here. Most of my walks last week were coat-less. My hoodie was all I needed. The daffodils are daffing but not dilling yet. I am thinking about digging up the patch on the north side of the house; those never dill (flower, I mean.) I suspect this is because they are perpetually in shadow, because the sun is so far south at dilling time, and they'd probably be happier on the south side of the house. The problem is I only think of this around this time of year, which is admittedly not ideal for moving daffodils. But perhaps if I treat it like transplanting flowers rather than moving bulbs, I can move them now and not kill them. They might not dill this year in any case, but perhaps next year.
I finished sheet music for my FAWM songs, but now need to re-record demos for two of them because the tunes, or the way I fit the lyrics to the tunes, have changed. One of them I will actually have to re-learn before I can do that.
I have learned Devil's Dream from one of the Barbershop boys--it is the kind of tune that would come out if you'd heard Devil Among The Tailors, didn't quite remember how it went, and tried to re-create it. I am presently experimenting to see if it can be combined with Devil Among The Tailors.
