Trying new things
Nov. 10th, 2022 03:13 pmThe new owner of Twitter appears to be trying to burn it down; I almost wonder if someone has dared him to destroy it while not actually turning off the lights *himself*.
This is a bit of a shame, I feel like I have learned some new things (not all of which made me happier, but I'd rather know the truth) and gained access to some valuable perspectives on Twitter and I'm not sure how much longer it is going to last.

catsittingstill@mendeddrum.org. Since it only had 30 people at the time, according to the page I was using, I was surprised but pleased to find that Piers Cawley, noted amateur folk singer and filk-adjacent person, was also there.
It is quite possible to friend and follow people on other Mastodon servers, so if you're on Mastodon and would like a follow, let me know in the comments, or follow me on the server!
