Just back from GaFilk. Had a wonderful time. My back was very bad and I'm going to make a doctor's appointment tomorrow, but there was lots of great music and wonderful people and my mp3 recorder seems to have been working quite well (I haven't reviewed all the files yet).

I'm glad you're getting to a doctor. A lot of us are really worried about you, especially after how bad it looked this weekend.

Thanks. One of the concerts seems to have come out kind of muffled, but that was probably a function of where I was (way in the back, where there was space to lie down) and how many people attended (lots). I'll probably end up staying home from work today, in which case I'll review the recordings (and name and organize them).

Thanks. Me too! The doctor thinks it's not serious (yet) and is putting me on heavy duty anti inflammatories and such to bring the swelling down so it can heal faster.

It was great to meet and talk to you too! I'm really glad I went to GaFilk, even though my back hurt. I would have been lying around staring at the walls at home, so it was a much better option to lie around listening to great music and talking to interesting people instead :-)

I'll see if I can dig out where I've got that written down and scan it. I don't have any music software I'm happy with at the moment. I'm impressed that you've remembered the name. It's one of the few dance tunes I've written myself.
