I found it in "system preferences" under "keyboard and mouse." I tweaked it a bit, but don't notice much difference. That is, there's a noticeable pause when I deliberately hold a key down; for instance if I hold down the k I get k(pause)kkkkkkkkk. However when I just type away normally I still get a few repeated letters. Maybe I was typing so hard before that now my finger sometimes *bounces* on the key?
