That site I linked to yesterday?  It's looking kind of weird--lots of unrelated posts scooped up from elsewhere on the web with no rhyme or reason as far as I can tell.  I'm not sure it's run by a human and it may be a good idea to stay away from it.  If you visited it as a result of my link, it may be a good idea to keep an eye on your computer for funny behavior.  Apparently some malicious websites can install malware on computers that look at particular web pages.  I earnestly hope this is not one such, but I have no idea how to find out.

I heartily apologize if following my link to the page caused you any trouble; I will be taking it down in a minute.  I  will try to be more discriminating in the future.

I found it rather odd -- seemed to be some kind of aggregator, and the fragment of a post that linked to yours didn't seem to go anywhere. No malware seems to have been installed, but since I use Linux that's not surprising.

I found a tracker cookie when I scanned my system, but I think it may have been there for a while since I've gotten some pieces of spam lately that seem to take places I've been on the internet into consideration. It was easy to get rid of with Norton.

Sorry to hear about the disappointment. I think it's probably a Google spammer, m'self. BTW, thanks for your response on my anti-torture essay--you are one of two people who I know have read it.
