Except that the debate doesn't even start for another 15 minutes.

Another lie? Or just evidence that the McCain campaign has achieved time travel? You decide.

I don't think they meant "claim it in the papers," but I suppose it's as good a substitute as any if you don't happen to have a...well, anyway.

Kind of puts Biden's misremembering of who was president during the depression into the shade a bit, doesn't it? I wish I'd known about this sooner.
