I realized about four o'clock this afternoon that I hadn't laid down all day. Hadn't particularly wanted to. Of course, I'm still on all those drugs--but still.

Well, yes, it does improve the day quite a bit. Other than that it was kind of blah--got almost nothing done at work. But not hurting is definitely an improvement

:-) Good point. I've been walking a mile or two every day but I've let the back exercises slip the last few days. No time in the mornings.
