catsittingstillI mostly got very little done on the album today. Although, at Alice's suggestion I Googled a couple of problems I've been having and found a fix (and a possible backup fix) for one of them and a couple of possible-but-I'm-not-too-confident fixes for the other, maybe.
However I did pick up one commission I've been working on and, on the third tunewriting try, finally come up with something I think is worthy of it. I've got it scribbled out in letters above the words and chords written out at the sides, and I've been so enamored of (at least parts of) it that I've sung it and played it until my fingertips are burning, my wrist feels quite funny, and I can hardly croak out normal speech. Not getting bored with it is a good sign. If I still like it tomorrow that will be an even better sign.
