I made iche tonight.  It's like quiche, only without the crust.

Kip said the crust was his favorite part.  I said one new thing at a time; first I make the middle of the quiche  and see if I can get it to work.  (It works but next time I will add some salt as well as the spinach.)

Then I will figure out how to add a crust.

But I thought the iche was pretty good all on its own.  And it only takes about an hour to make and more than half of that is baking.
