I am now almost two thirds done with making some adjustments to the final masters and with fixing up the sheet music songbook (I am doing them together because the variety helps keep things interesting, and it is convenient to have the Reaper files open to listen to if I forget exactly how that harmony went.)

May Daye was particularly challenging sheet music wise because one, but only one, verse has a harmony plus there is an instrumental break and I had to figure out how to notate all that without running over two pages.  I ended up stuffing the harmony on the melody line and doing the stems up / stems down thing, which I don't generally like to do because it's harder to read, but that was the only way I could make things fit.  If Printmusic has a way to have two staves for part of the piece and one staff for the rest of it, I haven't been able to find it.

Also they appear to have decided that nobody will ever want to strip the lyrics off a phrase of music, for example to paste it elsewhere in the song.  I don't know why they thought this.  I think they just didn't work with lyrics much--they must be classical music types.

I don't think I will quite finish tomorrow but almost certainly Thursday.
