catsittingstillI meant to get right on things after ConFluence, and to some extent I did--putting up the free songbook pdfs where I said they would be (www.hwaet.org/CatPDFs/Songbook.html) (they are also part of the Bandcamp download, but I wanted a way for people who bought the CD from me personally, or who haven't, for whatever reason, bought the CD, to be able to get them. If people like my songs enough to want to learn them, I want to make it easy for them.) And I mailed out CDs to people who bought them on Bandcamp and e-mailed out such download codes as I knew were earned (if you boosted my CD and I haven't sent you a download code, please let me know--I try to keep up with things but I know I will miss some.)
However I have also been reading and napping a lot; I feel really backlogged on getting enough sleep. For two days I didn't even practice and then I decided I'd better get back to it.
My knee (which I twisted the Thursday before Confluence) has been gradually gettting better--I have resumed taking walks but am taking an alternate route right now to avoid steep downhills and am carrying a cane and sticking close to the house. If walking turns out to be a bad idea I want to have a short hobble home. But it is getting better, so probably I didn't do anything permanent to it.
That's about it, I guess--I have some thoughts on the Readercon thing which I may eventually get to, but not a lot happening right now.
