catsittingstillFor people who haven't heard this term, and may be wondering what kind of hellhole would have a "rape culture," let me help.
A woman--a rape survivor, as it happens--goes on a talk show and says that instead of pressuring women to control rapists' behavior we should be targeting efforts to prevent rape at the rapists themselves.
When she receives multiple rape threats all over her social media for daring to say such a thing, THAT'S rape culture.
