Remember I had ordered that safari vest with all the pockets? It came last week, and a fine distraction it was. The mimmoth was a bit disappointed in it--he only fits in the bottom pockets. Well, he can get into the other pockets, but he needs help getting out (which, come to think of it, might not be such a bad thing, but I'm not sure I can trick him into getting back in.) I think he had visions of being a slumlord, with me as his catspaw to evict mimmoths that weren't paying his inflated rents. As it is, he has a cozy little cottage for one, and perhaps another one on the opposite side that he can rent out if he can move a mimmoth in before I settle on what I'm going to keep in that pocket.

I have a picture of the vest here.

Vest for travel

In other news, one of my friends wrote me that Ozymandias looked charming. He was so charmed by the thought that he has made quite a pest of himself, wanting to have his picture taken in various circumstances that might make him look more charming.

Like this one.
The charming mimmoth

Well, a mimmoth does make quite the fashion accessory--nothing says "I'm infested with sparky vermin" like a mimmoth poking out of one's vest pocket.

Yeah! "I'm infested with sparky vermin!"

Having two mimmoths in two pockets would say it in harmony!

And if you had three mimmoths in three pockets, it would be a movement!

But I would need to find a smaller mimmoth to fit in the third pocket.

Obviously you need twenty-seven 8x10 outside cargo pockets with buttons and zippers and a mimmoth inside each one ...

.... to be used as evidence against us?? (LOL)

The original vest, though? It's a mimmoth starter home. :)

And the Baron walked in with a seeing eye dog and _he_ sat down.

And the mimmoth burrows deep into the pocket, trying to hide from the dog.

ROTFL.

All of them having a Thanksgiving dinner that just couldn't be beat! But then they might decide that they didn't have to take out the garbage...

Well, occasionally I find myself festooned with rats, but since they're hanging on by their little claws, I need to be wearing winterweight clothing to do so.

(Sorry, no pictures available of this phenomenon at this time.)

At least mimmoths don't have claws.

The flowers make him look so INNOCENT!

A masterstroke of propaganda. I bet he ate one right after you clicked the shutter.

Of course, the only thing cuter than a mimmoth sitting among spring blossoms is a mimmoth with spring blossoms artfully draping out of his mouth as he chews ...

Come to think of it, there haven't been as many flowers in the lawn of late, and Ozymandias has been kind of off his feed...

Well you look very spiff. Hope the Irish agree!

Thank you. Just in case the vest is too informal, I also found a jacket (which turned out to be a little big, but doable) with many inside pockets. I got a good deal on it, too.
